We use SharePoint Connector for Confluence internally and we have implemented for a number of clients. The App provides a 'one stop shop' for finding all information about a project/product - that place is Confluence, surfacing SharePoint content.

We use Confluence for internal documentation of software projects that we do with our customers. We also use a Sharepoint site for each project for storing collaborative files to share with the customer. The SharePoint Connector for Confluence allows us to easily access the collaborative files centrally from the Confluence space, so that we almost never need to open Sharepoint anymore 🙂
