Reporting office for informants

The commitment and joint, loyal actions of all employees are the basis of our success. This includes complying with legal regulations at all times. To meet this requirement, Communardo must learn of potential misconduct so it can be remedied.

All employees, as well as third parties such as our contractors, suppliers or partners, can report possible legal violations (whistleblowing) through our reporting point. We have entrusted this to lawyer Robert Harzewski. All incoming reports are sent directly to him for further processing. Your information will help us to uncover any misconduct towards employees and business partners, any criminal activities and any potential threat to our finances and image at an early stage and prevent further damage from occurring. This gives us the opportunity to address and resolve problems internally.Your information will, of course, be treated in strict confidence and anonymously if you wish.
