Planned acquisition adds a third solution area alongside Knowledge & Work Management and Developer Experience, building a leading Global Atlassian Marketplace vendor of scale.
Dresden, Germany – 09.07.2026
Elevatic Software GmbH (“Elevatic”) today announced the execution of a put option agreement to acquire Elements APPS SAS (“Elements”), an Atlassian Marketplace vendor specializing in Service Management and Data Connectivity for Jira and Jira Service Management. Together, the two companies are building a leading European Atlassian Marketplace vendor of scale, serving enterprise customers across three complementary solution areas.
Elevatic today serves customers in two areas where it has built deep expertise: Knowledge & Work Management, with solutions that help teams capture, share, and act on information across Atlassian platforms, and Developer Experience, with tools that make software development more efficient and transparent. With the planned acquisition of Elements, Elevatic adds a third area to its portfolio: Service Management, encompassing IT Service Management (ITSM) and Data Connectivity for Jira and Jira Service Management.
For customers, the combination means access to a broader, complementary range of solutions for the modern digital workplace – from knowledge sharing and developer productivity to enterprise-grade service management and data integration.
“With Elements, we are adding a third pillar to our portfolio,” said Feico Mol, CEO of Elevatic. “Their strength in Service Management and Data Connectivity is the ideal complement to what we have built in Knowledge & Work Management and Developer Experience. Customers can now cover knowledge work, software delivery, and service operations with a single trusted Atlassian partner.”
Behind the portfolio logic sits a genuine cultural and strategic fit.
“Elevatic and Elements share the same conviction: enterprise customers need Atlassian Marketplace vendors who go deep on the verticals they serve and can deliver at scale. Joining forces accelerates our ambition to make Elements the leading enterprise service management and data connectivity layer on the Atlassian platform. The cultural fit is strong, the portfolios genuinely complementary — together we cover more of the customer journey.” says Julie d’Antin, Co-CEO of Elements.
For Elements, joining Elevatic also means something concrete: the scale and resources to move faster.
“This is the right next step for Elements”, says Christophe Promé, Co-CEO of Elements. “Our products, and the high bar we set for quality, don’t change — what changes is the level of investment we can now put behind them. Customers and partners will continue to work with the same people, the same roadmap commitments, and the same standard of service they know today, backed by significantly greater resources.”
Elevatic, part of Communardo Technologies Holding GmbH (“Communardo Group”), is backed by funds advised by BU Bregal Unternehmerkapital; the planned acquisition of Elements is a further step in its buy-and-build strategy in the Atlassian ecosystem.
The contemplated transaction is subject to (i) the information of the employees and (ii) customary closing conditions. Subject to the satisfaction of these conditions.
Continuity for customers
For existing customers of both companies, the immediate focus is on continuity and stability:
- All existing products will continue to be supported and developed.
- Customer contracts, licensing, and support channels remain unchanged.
- Product teams will continue to invest in innovation and long-term product development.
- Customers gain access to a broader ecosystem of solutions and expertise across Knowledge & Work Management, Developer Experience, and Service Management.
Over the coming months, Elevatic and Elements will provide further updates on product roadmaps, integration opportunities, and joint initiatives.
