Out of Office Sync for Jira and Microsoft shows Microsoft Outlook out-of-office (OOO) status directly in Jira. The app flags an absent user when a Jira ticket is assigned to them. It also flags absent users when they are added as a request participant in Jira Service Management. Teams see availability at the point of assignment, without checking Outlook calendars.
